Tamworth delivered an excellent team performance to secure a 5–2 victory over Shrewsbury, showing composure, energy, and quality across the pitch.

The hosts started brightly, pressing high and moving the ball with confidence. Their early dominance paid off as they stormed into a 3–0 lead by half-time, with Ben Popple and Graeme Cooke both finding the net with superbly taken goals.
