Tamworth produced a dominant display on home turf as they swept aside Coventry and North Warwick with an emphatic 8-0 victory to secure them the league title.
From the opening whistle, Tamworth asserted their authority, controlling possession and creating chances at will. The deadlock was broken early by Elliott Birchall, who tucked home Ian Wagstaffs short corner attempt. The lead was doubled not long after through Ian Wagstaff, whose sharp finish left the keeper no chance.
