| Match Report | Tamworth 4s faced a young North Staffs 3s side in a friendly at home. Both teams started brightly and North Staffs were looking very quick, especially on the break. As the first half went on Tamworth were getting more and more possession and creating many chances. Great crosses into the D from the right from Sandie Jorrison and Sheri Allsopp with great tireless work from Beth Wright created numerous chances, but they just couldn't be converted.
The second half continued in the same manner with Tamworth creating many scoring opportunities. The deadlock was finally broken when a mistake in defence deflected a North Staffs short corner to score. This remained the only goal in the game so Tamworth disappointingly lost 1-0.
