Confidence was high following the first 2 league wins. Youngsters Jess Barker, Elissa Morris, Hannah Jarvis and Meg Hogben all played excellently, passing the hall around well and tackling strongly. Scoring at will Claire Miles, who had an excellent game despite her own team using her as target practice, bagged a hat trick, Hannah Jarvis scored a very well worked goal and Kirsty Wright scored 2 popping the ball in from close range. Defenders Paula Cooper and Lucy Plant made some great runs from the back to open the game up and Gemma Wheelhouse and Anne Marshall worked hard in midfield. Three wins out of three Tamworth have made a great start and are looking forward to the rest of the season. Tamworth player and league of the match was Jess Barker.
